“ The atmosphere is fun with all the people watching that a food hall brings. I was looking forward to something a bit different and was not disappointed. The ultimate steak sandwich was amazing. There is tons of steak, sausage, sauces and nice light bread. The fries were very crispy and tasty. I got a cheese pastel as well to try which was delicious too. I highly recommend this stop for a change from the normal fare in the hall. ”

“ If you are hungry for some restaurant quality street food, this is the place to check out in the Garage at the Bottleworks District. I ordered the Ultimate Brazilian Sandwich combo (with fries), meat tasted tender and fresh, not dry like some sandwich places. It was a big sandwich, they did not skimp on the meat, ask for extra napkins because you're going to need it with the delicious mess you make if you walk around with the sandwich (get a seat and enjoy it instead!) Fries were nice and crispy. Will be back if I am in the area again. ”

Located in a spot that seeks to bring a taste of Brazil to its patrons, the anticipation for a culinary journey akin to what one might find in the heart of Brazil is palpable. During my visit, my cravings for genuine Brazilian flavors were met with enthusiasm, yet the dishes I sampled didn't quite hit the mark I was hoping for. The food, while presented appealingly and with care, lacked the depth and vibrancy of flavor that is so characteristic of Brazilian cuisine. This was a surprising discovery, especially considering the restaurant's thematic focus and the potential for a truly immersive dining experience. However, it's important to acknowledge the variety Gaucho's Fire offers on its menu, suggesting that there may yet be dishes that could satisfy those yearnings for authentic taste. My initial experience, while not entirely fulfilling my expectations, has not deterred my curiosity about the other options available. There's a genuine interest in exploring more of what Gaucho's Fire has to offer, with the hope that other menu items might better capture the essence of Brazilian culinary. ”

“ I was looking for something healthy to eat for lunch and the Grilled Chicken Salad was perfect! It was romaine lettuce, tri-color tortilla strips, grilled onions, carrots + green sauce on the side. I asked for Grilled chicken on top for some lean protein and it really delivered! Quite a large portion size, and overall a very healthy meal. Chicken didn't seem too oily, and there was a good amount of the onions and carrots in as well. I didn't even add much sauce - it was overall a nice salad on its own (I usually avoid dressings either way, haha) ”

“ The Gaucho’s Fries were very filling. The fries were crispy on the outside. The cut of fries were big and substantial. They weren’t like the McDonald string fries (I love them too). The sausage that is in the Gaucho’s Fries were appropriately salty. Some were a little burnt. The sauce that was layered on top was tangy and sweet to balance out the heaviness of the sausage and fries. Great appetizer for 2 or more people or a snack while you explore the surrounding! ”
